Yesterday i was in a situation where i needed to call the customer care section of my BB service provider.
The conversation is as follows:
Me: Hello sir.. ennoda System la OS reinstall pannadala net ku connect panna mudila.. what should i do?
CCO: Sir, i know english and hindi only. Sorry i can’t help u. (Trying to escape!)
Me: Oh, thats fine. I am comfortable with english. ( I can talk english, walk eng, laugh eng, u bloody fellow! )
CCO: Ok sir, whats ur problem?
Me: I use 2 systems (desk and lap) to connect to net. U see, i recently reinstalled the OS in my laptop. I am not able connect to net from it any more…
CCO: I am sorry sir, but we are actually responsible for just one system. Ur desktop is working properly so we cant help u.
Me: Is it? Ok, assume my desktop is gonna be stolen tonight. So, I ll be having only one system tomorrow. So can u send ur technical person to help out?
CCO: Sorry Sir. But thats not wrong on out part. The desktop will be working till its stolen. And u have got the conection only for ur desktop and not laptop.
Me: who told u so?
CCO: you told me sir.
Me: I din..
CCO: !@#$$%$ Sorry Sir.. U can tell me ur problem now…
Me: I told u already!
Then he started instructing me on how to do some configurtions..
Me: I have already tried all these and it doesnt seem to work!
CCO: Ok sir, shall i lodge a complaint and send our technical person to help u out?
Me: THATS WHAT I ASKED U TO DO IN THE BEGINNING! ( goiyaala… )
CCO: sorry sir.. I didnt get u at that time.. sorry for the inconvenience… pls hold on sir..
after a pause,
CCO: here is ur complaint number sir, Our person will reach u in 24 hrs.. Any other thing u want to know sir?
Me: Nothing.. ( Oru mannum venam da saami!!!)
CCO: Thanks for calling sir.
